Casa Pueblo Jazmin is located in the heart of San Juan de Capistrano. The swimming pool and the supermarket are right opposite the house. The bus to the center of Nerja and to the beaches stops right outside the gate.
The house is recently renovated  in 2021.

The house is divided as follows:
Modern furnished living room with open kitchen.  The living room has a dining area, sofa bed, comfortable chair, smart TV with chromecast and airconditioning/heating.
The kitchen is equipped with built-in appliances such as fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, grill, ceramic hob and washing machine. The living room has patio doors to a spacious and sunny terrace located on the south. On the terrace is a large round table with 4 chairs in Andalusian style. It's a great place to have your breakfast or dinner.

The bathroom is equipped with a sink, toilet and walk-in shower. The shower area has a hand and rain shower.

The bedroom is located at the rear of the house and is a quiet room. The bedroom window looks over a garden strip. Behind there you can see the nature park, 30 meters from the house. The room has a spacious double bed (160 cm) with cupboards on both side of the bed. There is also a large built-in wardrobe and 2 mirrors.

There is free wifi in the entire house.

This floor can accomodate up to 4 people.

There is another studio on the ground floor of the house. A staircase from the terrace leads to the patio on the ground floor.  The entrance of the studio has patio doors. 

The studio has a large bedroom with 2 single beds (can be made up as a double bed of 160 cm) and a built-in sofa bed. The room is equipped with a small dining table with 2 chairs, open wardrobe, TV with chromecast, refrigerator, microwave, coffee and tea facilities. The bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with sink, toilet and shower. The patio has its own access to the street.

The studio has also free wifi and can accomodate up to 3 people.

This studio will not be rented out seperately, but can be booked as an extra room at additional costs (see price overview).
