Prices per month based on max 6 people for the apartment and studio :

 November to April € 1,500 

 May and October € 1,700

 June and September € 1,900 

 July € 2,200 August € 2,400 

Periods run from the 1st to the last day of the month (30th or 31st). 

Final cleaning € 75 (to be paid in advance). This amount will be refunded if the house is left clean at check out. 

Down payment is € 200 payable directly at booking. Remaining payment 6 weeks before arrival date. 

Cancellation policy: In case of cancellation, the following fees will be charged: Longer than 6 weeks before arrival date 0% of the rent, the deposit will be refunded. Cancellation from 6 weeks prior to arrival date 100% of the rent.
